Sabattus Group Run August 6, 2014 @ 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm Mixers Bar

This group meets at Mixers parking lot in the Sabattus Mini Mall on Route 126. The run is held each week unless the weather is severe. The regular group includes a couple walkers, a couple beginners from a Couch to 5K program, and some others who have been running for a few years. Participants run a variety of routes, distances and paces, usually for about 45 minutes to an hour. It’s a very informal, sociable group, supporting each other’s efforts.
