NOTE: The Gorham Grinders are now meeting Saturdays at 8:00 AM.
The group format offers company for a run on a weekly basis in all weather, along with a chance to socialize with other runners over coffee and a treat in a relaxed setting afterward. All ability levels are welcome. Runners group themselves based on pace and run routes ranging in length from two or three to over 10 miles through Gorham, Buxton, Westbrook, Scarborough and Standish. There’s plenty of on-street parking on South Street just to the south of the coffee shop. The group leaves Sullivan House Bakery at 8 a.m. sharp every Saturday.
